The marina of the future is taking shape – A massive upgrade for Norra hamnen in Ekenäs

Marina, we are currently planning a huge redevelopment of Norra hamnen in Ekenäs. Our goal is to build a modern, attractive, and highly functional marina that perfectly serves both local boaters and summer visitors. This large-scale project is set to be rolled out in phases over the next five years. Even though the exact starting date for the main construction hasn't been locked in yet, preparatory groundwork and renovations of the old docks are already well underway.

When it comes to the vision for the new marina, safety and convenience are our top priorities. We want to shape the harbor so that it offers a super calm, safe, and sheltered home for your boat in the future – no matter how much the wind is howling out on the open water by Knipan. As part of this makeover, we’re also giving the current guest harbor a significant facelift. We’re doing this to make Ekenäs an even more appealing summer destination and to offer our guests even better service than before.

One of the most exciting parts of the Norra hamnen project is the addition of brand-new boat berths that you can actually own. If you’re looking for a long-term, hassle-free solution for your boating life, you’ll soon have the opportunity to purchase your very own share-owned berth in the new marina. Of course, we’ll continue to offer traditional seasonal rentals as well, making sure we have smart and flexible options for every type of boater.
