What data we collect

When you submit a contact or interest form, we collect the data you provide, such as name, email address, phone number, town and your message.

When you visit the site, we collect technical information via Google Analytics (see below) and a bot-protection token via Cloudflare Turnstile.

How we use the data

To respond to your enquiries and handle interest registrations.

To protect forms against spam and abuse (Cloudflare Turnstile).

To understand how the website is used and improve it (Google Analytics).

Legal basis

Processing is based on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and operating the website, and on your consent for cookie-based analytics where required.

Cookies and Google Analytics

Necessary cookies (e.g. for security and your cookie choices) are always used, as they are required for the website to function.

For statistics we use Google Analytics (gtag.js), which sets analytics cookies. These load only after you give consent in the cookie banner. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via "Cookie settings" at the bottom of the page, or by blocking cookies in your browser.

Data collected by Google Analytics may be transferred to Google in the USA. The transfer relies on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC).

Retention

Submitted forms are kept for as long as needed to handle the matter and then deleted. Analytics data is retained according to Google’s default settings.
